సంచార్‌ సాథీ మొబైల్ యాప్‌
మోసపూరిత కాల్స్‌/ సందేశాలకు చెక్‌ పెట్టేందుకు టెలికాం శాఖ కొత్తగా సంచార్‌ సాథీ (Sanchar Saathi) మొబైల్ యాప్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది. అనుమానిత కాల్స్‌ వచ్చినప్పుడు మొబైల్ ఫోన్‌ లాగ్‌ నుంచే నేరుగా ఫిర్యాదు చేయడం, మొబైల్ ఫోన్‌ బ్లాక్‌ వంటి సదుపాయాలు ఇందులో ఉన్నాయి. ఆండ్రాయిడ్‌, ఐఓఎస్‌లో ఈ యాప్‌ వినియోగించొచ్చు.
సంచార్‌ సాథీ ఫీచర్లు
- అనుమానిత కాల్స్‌/ ఎస్సెమ్మెస్‌లు వచ్చినప్పుడు కాల్ లాగ్‌ నుంచే నేరుగా ఫిర్యాదు చేయొచ్చు.
- మీ పేరు మీద ఎన్ని మొబైల్ కనెక్షన్లు ఉన్నాయో తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. మీ పేరు మీద అనధికారికంగా ఏవైనా నంబర్లు ఉంటే ఫిర్యాదు చేయొచ్చు.
- మొబైల్ పోయినప్పుడు, దొంగతనానికి గురైనప్పుడు బ్లాక్‌ చేసే సదుపాయం ఇందులో ఉంది.
- మొబైల్ ఫోన్‌ ప్రామాణికతను కూడా యాప్‌ సాయంతో గుర్తించొచ్చు. ఇందుకోసం ఐఎంఈఐ నంబర్‌ను ఎంటర్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. సెకండ్‌ హ్యాండ్‌ మొబైల్ కొనుగోలు చేసేటప్పుడు ఈ ఫీచర్‌ ఉపయోపడుతుంది.
