Ref: Representation Dated:03.10.2025 of Sri Kompella S Sastry, National Secretary Vijnana Bharathi, Flat No.401, Rhythm Towers, Prauchurivari Street, Patamata Lanka, Vijayawada – 520010.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference cited wherein, the National Secretary for Vijnana Bharathi has informed that, Bharatiya Vijnana Mandali is committed upon stimulating and strengthening the young minds of rural Andhra Pradesh through a State Level Science competition in the name of KOUSHAL, being organized in association with Science City, AP exclusively for the students of Govt managed Schools in Andhra Pradesh. Thus, requested to accord permission and extend cooperation for conduct of the aforementioned programme and also requested to sanction OD facility to the teachers involved in this activity.

Further informed that, the KOUSHAL 2025 will be organized in 3 phases, comprising a school level examination, a district level examination and a state level examination at Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (BVS), NSU Tirupati and the Time- line for Koushal 2025 is as follows:

a) Preliminary Examination – School Level – Online examination dates: ft, 3rd & 4th of November, 2025.

b) Second Level (District) Examination dates: 27h, & 28th of November, 2025.

c) Prize distribution to District Level Winners: Any one day from to 5th December, 2025.

d) State Level: 27th December2025.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue instructions to all the field level functionaries and Headmasters of High Schools to conduct extensive awareness campaigns regarding KOUSHAL 2025 – State Level Science Competition among the students and ensure that all the eligible students are aware of the schedule and procedure of the competition.
