APEAPCET-2025 ADMISSIONS (M.P.C. STREAM)
FINAL PHASE DETAILED NOTIFICATION FOR WEB BASED COUNSELLING
The Qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2025, desirous of seeking admission into B.E/ B.Tech Courses are informed that the web counseling process comprising payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification and option entry will be conducted from 27.07.2025 to 01.08.2025. The candidates are instructed to follow guidelines/ Instructions to candidates or user manual to proceed for web counseling process.
Qualified and eligible Candidates of APEAPCET-2025 who have participated in first phase Counseling are informed to exercise their options afresh for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment, additional seats available in new colleges/courses, if any, from any Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Cafe/ Home) as per the schedule given below. These candidates need not pay the processing fee once again. The candidates who have not participated in first phase are directed to get their certificates verified in this final phase as per the schedule given below.
The qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2025(M.P.C. Stream) are informed to participate in web counseling for the seats available in (i) University & Private Engineering Colleges and Private Universities under Convenor quota in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2025-26. The web counseling schedule is given below.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఇంజినీరింగ్ ప్రవేశాలకు నిర్వహించిన ఈఏపీసెట్ కౌన్సెలింగ్ సీట్ల కేటాయింపు జాబితా విడుదల. మొదట ప్రకటించిన షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం మంగళవారం విడుదల చేయాల్సి ఉండగా సీట్ల కేటాయింపులో సాంకేతిక ఇబ్బందుల వలన బుధవారం విడుదల చేశారు. కౌన్సెలింగ్ లో దాదాపు 1.20 లక్షల మంది బ్రాంచీలు, కళాశాలల ఎంపికకు వెబ్ ఐచ్ఛికాలు నమోదు చేసుకున్న విషయం విధితమే.
The AP EAPCET 2025 counselling process, conducted by APSCHE, began on July 7, 2025, for admissions into Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy courses in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Eligible candidates who qualified the EAPCET exam can register online at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in until July 16, 2025, paying a non-refundable fee (₹1,200 for OC/BC, ₹600 for SC/ST). The process includes online document verification (July 7–17), web options entry (July 13–18), and seat allotment on July 22. Candidates must report to allotted colleges between July 23–26, with classes starting August 4. Required documents include rank card, hall ticket, and certificates.

Important Notes for Web options:
- All the candidates are instructed to check the details in “Print Verified Application” link before proceeding for option entry. If changes are required, attend at selected HLCs to make changes; then proceed for option entry. If no changes are required, they can directly proceed for option entry by clicking “Web options” link. Once the options are exercised, data cannot be modified.
- Candidates save the options and revisit web option page to add/modify the options or to change the order of sequence before the last date.
- Data once freezed will not be given for edit under any circumstances.
- If the exercised options are saved and not freezed, last saved options will be considered for allotment of seats.
- Candidates are informed to keep the OTP received confidential while giving options. Don’t reveal the OTP to others.
